RACHITECH QUALITY
Rachitech Engg. P. Ltd. is an ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certified company. True to the motto of quality, the company has adopted systematic approach in Quality Management of assurance and control set up for ensuring products in strict conformity to relevant code of manufacturing.

The company obtains feedback from her valued customers from time to time for upgradation, improvement and innovation. The close co-operation of Quality Assurance department with Design, Production Planning and Engineering section fulfill the objective to built product of high performance level.

Stage wise quality control, right from raw material till dispatch is carried out by qualified inspection engineers strictly as per the approved quality plans devised for each product with proper recording of results. In-house facilities such as Dye Penetrate Test, U.T.S., Y.S., Impact Strength, Macro & Micro examination etc. and attached facilities such as D.T./ N.D.T., Ultrasound, γ- Ray Radiography, M.P.I. etc. are carried out for checking surface and sub surface material defects along with mechanical properties. The measuring instruments like Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Strip Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Pressure Gauge and other measuring instruments are timely calibrated for authenticity of results. The timely qualification of operators and welders are done to make the "right, first time” quality to minimize rework and repair.

Third party inspection such as Lloyds, Bureauveritas, C.I.B., P.P.E.D., S.G.S., RITES, T.P.L. etc are carried out on Customer’s Request. Various National and International code of manufacturing such as ASME, TEMA, BS, IS etc are followed as per job requirement.

International quality certifications of ISO 9001:2015 followed by its regular successful audits keeps Rachitech a manufacturer of equipments of International quality standards with timely delivery. Independent functioning of Quality Control Management consisting of qualified and experienced officers is making Rachitech Engg. P.
